Leading British trio Heather Fell, Mhairi Spence and Freyja Prentice will contest both the opening modern pentathlon World Cups of the season in the US and Brazil in March.
It will be the first opportunity in 2012 for athletes to gain valuable ranking points, which are likely to play a big part in determining who represents Britain in London this summer.
Prentice is the only one of the trio to so far have achieved the qualifying standard courtesy of her eighth place at the European Championships in Kent last year but she could yet be overtaken.
Fellow Scot Spence is the leading Briton in the world rankings in fourth place, while Beijing silver medallist Fell is 10th and Prentice 15th.
Samantha Murray will join the trio at the first World Cup in Charlotte from March 8-11, with Beijing Olympian Katy Livingston completing the women's team in Rio a week later.
Jamie Cooke, the only British man to have reached the Olympic qualifying standard, Nick Woodbridge, Sam Weale and Steven Mason will make up the men's team at both competitions.
